Bruce Wayne Martin Avon Park, FL Bruce Wayne Martin, 58, of Avon Park, FL, went to be with the Lord on July 3, 2008. Bruce moved to Naples in 1969 from Charleston, WV and worked for Embarq for 39 years. He is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Nancy; two daughters, Tiffany D. Martin of Ft. Myers, FL, Lindsey B. (Donivan) Cooper of Sebring, FL; and other family members and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2008 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home Chapel, Avon Park. The service will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2008 beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Florida Avenue Baptist Church, Rev. John Girdley, officiating. Burial will be at Lakeview Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions can be made in his name to the charity of your choice or Florida Avenue Baptist Church.
